Emaar scam accused G V Vijaya Raghav was on Monday granted bail by the special court for CBI cases.
The finance head, south, of Emaar MGF was told to produce two sureties of Rs 1 lakh each. He was asked to surrender his passport and not to leave the city. He should appear before the CBI daily and not interfere with the investigation or influence witnesses in the case, the court said.
Meanwhile, the CBI filed a memo for a stay of the orders of the court for four days. The matter was posted for Tuesday.
