While reiterating that it is ready to support formation of a Telangana state if a Bill is introduced in the budget session of Parliament, the BJP has said that the Congress and the TDP are “playing politics” on the contentious issue.
Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, BJP state unit spokesperson NVSS Prabhakar has said that TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu should demand the UPA government to introduce Telangana bill in the coming budget session of the Parliament if he is sincere.
Prabhakar alleged that both Congress and the TDP were playing political games on Telangana and have become a hurdle in the creation of Telangana state. He said the people have understood the game plan and they would teach a fitting lesson to them in the coming general elections.
