The condition of Anusha (8) and Avinash (7), children of Venkataiah, who survived the mishap are stable. Doctors at Tulasi hospital, where the two children are admitted, said that both of them will remain in the ICU for the next two-three days. “As of now there is no need for any surgery. Though Anusha’s right knee was completely crushed, but her CT scan was normal, so there is no need for any surgery. Avinash injured his head and sustained minor injuries on his left ear. His left jaw was also swollen,” Dr Venkat Lokadas of the hospital said.
