YSRC Telangana leaders in a fix

Telangana leaders in the YSRC are caught in a piquant situation with party leadership refusing to clarify whether the Seemandhra legislators had resigned on their own or in accordance with its directions.

Party leader and former minister Konda Surekha and  KK Mahender Reddy and other Telangana leaders conferred with the party honorary president Vijaya Lakshmi  on Saturday.

After the meeting Surekha said that though she sought a clarification on the resignations of the party Seemandhra legislators, they could not get any satisfactory reply from her. Surekha said: “In the absence of any clarification, it is difficult for us to continue in the party. If the party is against Telangana, our continuance in it means that we are partners in the commission of the ‘sin.’
