Fans bid tearful adieu to Srihari

The final rites of Tollywood actor Srihari were performed at his farm house in Bachupally here on Thursday.

The final rites of Tollywood actor Srihari were performed at his farm house in Bachupally here on Thursday.The body of the actor was placed at his house located in Jubilee Hills. Hundreds of artists from Tollywood and small screen paid tributes to the departed actor. Union minister Chiranjeevi, director Dasari Narayana Rao, producer D Rama Naidu, actors Jagapathi Babu, Jayasudha, Jr NTR, Ram Charan Tej, Brahmanandam, Sivaji, Suman were among those who paid homage to Srihari.

Around 2 p.m., the body was shifted to Srihari’s farm house in Bachupally. Thousands of fans of the actor who thronged  his house in Jubilee Hills went in a  procession to Bachupally. His body was laid to rest in his farm house. Srihari, known as Share-khan in Tollywood, died on Wednesday at Lilavathi Hospital in Mumbai. The body of the actor was brought to the city from Mumbai on Thursday morning.
