VIJAYAWADA: Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas announced that a decision on when to conduct medical counselling would be taken on August 18 and most probably it will start by August 25.
Speaking at the inauguration of his office at NTRUHS in Vijayawada Sunday, Kamineni Srinivas said that selecting Vijayawada as the temporary capital and the decision to shift offices here has created a hope in people that they will soon make progress.
He further said that even CM camp office would be set up in the city soon.
Vishakapatnam MP Haribabu, who was present at the occasion, said that this decision will bring administration close to the people of AP.
He stressed that BJP led government in Centre and TDP government in the state would work with mutual cooperation to bail out the new state from problems.
NTRUHS vice chancellor T Ravi Raju, registrar S Babulal and BJP workers were present.
