VISAKHAPATNAM: HPCL Visakh Refinery executive director VVR Narasimham hoisted the flag on the Refinery premises and inspected a guard of honour from the CISF of Visakh Refinery Unit followed by an amazing demonstration of usage of arms by the CISF personnel.
He presented the service awards to 78 employees who have completed 35/30/25 and 20 years of service in the corporation on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Narasimham stressed on the importance of safety in the Refinery.
Highlighting the achievements of Visakh Refinery, he congratulated the personnel on implementation of the Process Safety Management (PSM), timely completion of MS Block and SRU Turnaround besides mammoth reduction of steam leaks and progress of DHT project.
General manager (HR) ASV Ramanan and other senior officials and employees were present.
