HYDERABAD: The State government reconstituted the Panel of Experts for the Safety Review of Dams in the State. Former chairman of CWC SK Das will be the chairman of the PoE. CWPRS retired Additional Director General KV Ramana Murthy, retired official Vishwanandhan Balachandran and mechanical expert N Kannaya Naidu will be its members. The State government also reconstituted the Special Dam Safety Inspection Team.
SDSIT will undertake safety review of irrigation dams in the state. Retired ENC KSN Reddy, retired CEs MJ Sureshwar and K Satyanarayana and S Chandra Mouli and retired SE M Srinivas Rao and M Mallaiah will be its members. ens
