HYDERABAD:Joining the high voltage ‘tu tu main main’ going on between political parties over the cash-for-vote scam, MIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday launched an attack on AP chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
Asaduddin, in a series of tweets, hit out at Naidu for demanding that Section 8 of the AP Reorganisation Actbe invoked.
“L&O of Hyderabad cannot be given to governor under s8 (section 8) unconstitutional, no one in Hyderabad will accept it not acceptable to MIM,’’ Asaduddin Owaisi tweeted.
Further, he asked Naidu, “will you as CM of Andhra give your law & order powers to governor, your Telangana TDP is against giving L&O to governor.’’
Asaduddin asked Naidu not to precipitate things by making “obnoxious and unconstitutional” demands. Some of his tweets were in response to the conversation going on on the social networking site over the issue.
“Nobody stopped you from approaching High Court. But did you go. No and didn’t the High Court in some matters rejected yr pleas?” Asaduddin questioned, pointing at Naidu not approaching the High Court over the issue, in reply to a comment.
