NELLORE: TDP government is responsible for the delay in the construction of Polavaram project, BJP state general secretary and core committee member S Suresh Reddy has alleged.
Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, he said due to the failure of the TDP government in submitting technical data on the project in time, `250 crore got wasted and went back to the Centre. He expressed dismay over the attitude of the TDP as they are distancing the BJP by not involving it in welfare schemes. While lauding prime minister Narendra Modi, he said the BJP has secured 9.50 crore members, which is the highest in the world.
