Naidu's Camp-office in AP to be Ready by May 1

VIJAYAWADA:The Krishna district administration has stepped up efforts to have AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s camp-office in Vijayawada ready by May 1, as he is keen to  run the state from there at least for three days a week.

With Naidu himself ruling out the temporary capital at Amaravathi as a majority of government employees in Hyderabad are reluctant to relocate, the focus has shifted to his camp-office. District collector Babu on Sunday inspected construction works for the camp-office on the premises of the Irrigation Department’s Office and directed contractors to complete the works by May 1.

The collector also directed the officials and contractors to report on a day-to-day basis. A report will be submitted to Naidu on April 10.
