VISAKHAPATNAM: The death toll in the recent blast at a cracker manufacturing unit in Gokulapadu rose to 9 on Saturday as a young woman succembed to burns here. Ch Varalakshmi (33) who suffered over 30 per cent burns, succumbed to injuries at a private hospital here.The condition of two other injured, K Viswanatham (34) and B Apparao (30), who had received 20 per cent burns, is said to be stable.
