Cyber Threat Comp: Gitam Finishes 2nd

VISAKHAPATNAM: The students of CSE and IT departments of GITAM University secured the second position in the recently conducted all India level Deloitte Collegiate Cyber Threat Competition (CCTC).

The Deloitte Foundation Cyber Threat Competition is an innovative way for students from premier academic institutions to test and showcase their knowledge while gaining exposure to the reality of cyber risk preparedness. The highlight of this competition is a live, in-person event wherein finalists engage in a Cyber War Game at Deloitte, Hyderabad.

GITAM University students Akhil Pandy, B Ram Mohan, Om Bhallmudi and Sushen Dong won the second prize after competing with 32 teams and received a cash prize of Rs 75,000.

Vice-chancellor G Subrahmanyam, pro vice-chancellor D Harinarayana, registrar M Potharaju and faculty appreciated the students.
