VIJAYAWADA: Chief customs commissioner Deepa Dasgupta on Wednesday laid foundation stone for a building which will serve as headquarters for the Andhra Pradesh Customs Commissionerate at Kesarapalli near Gannavaram.
The new building is expected to come up in an area of four acres.
The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is taking care of the construction of the building where the commissionerate as well as Central Excise Divisional offices and five range offices would be located.
