VISAKHAPATNAM: Picture this: an over-flowing bin in the neighbourhood is bothering you and you want to report it. Instead of having to go all the way to the municipal office and cross several levels to get to the officials responsible for your ward and zone, you can just click a picture and WhatsApp it to GVMC directly. Or Tweet about it or share it on Facebook, tagging the GVMC officials.
