7 from AP in PGMET Top Ten

VIJAYAWADA: Seven students from Andhra Pradesh figured in top ten ranks in PGMET-2015, whose results were released on Sunday by the Dr NTR University of Health Sciences.

Addressing mediapersons, NTRUHS vice chancellor T Ravi Raju said that of the ten top ranks, seven were from Andhra University and Sri Venkateswara University, while three were from Osmania University.

“As many as 13,223 students attended the examination and 8,983 students from both the states are qualified. The pass percentage has increased from 60.43 per cent last year to 67.93 per cent this year. Counselling for the PG courses is likely to take place in the third week of April,” he said.
