Guntur Gears Up for Drama Day Fete

GUNTUR: The district is gearing up to host yet another state function - ‘Telugu Nataka Ranga Dinotsavam’  in recent days. Just a few days ago, it had celebrated the state government ‘Ugadi’ celebrations in Tullur.

Now, it will celebrate ‘Telugu Nataka Ranga Dinotsavam’ at Narasaraopet on April 16. The decision was taken by the state government after Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao requested the government to organise the festival in Narasaraopet. It will be organised by Andhra Pradesh State Film, Theater, Television Development Council (APFTTDC),

District collector Kantilal Dande, who reviewed the arrangements being made informed that the programme will organised at ‘Bhuvanachandra Town Hall’.  He asked the officials to make necessary improvements to the acoustic system in the Town Hall.
