VIJAYAWADA: Vijayawada Commissioner of Police AB Venkateswara Rao inspected the Satyanarayanapuram and Machavaram police stations here on Sunday, to examine the working of police staff to curb the activities of anti-social elements in the city. He blamed it on lack of monitoring over assigning of work to the beat police, implementation of warrants and checking of ATMs, hostels, MO criminals during their duty.
