CHITTOOR: Two red sanders smugglers, including a Chinese person, were arrested on the outskirts of Hyderabad in the wee hours of Thursday in the first ever joint operation by the Chittoor Task Force and the Red Sanders Anti-Smuggling Task Force personnel.
Additional SP (OSD) Rathna told newsmen here on Friday that Srinivasa Raju of Rayachoti of Kadapa district and Yang Pang(red sanders buyer) from Sichuan province of China were held in connection with a red sanders smuggling cases registered at Puthalapattu police station in the district.
