VIJAYAWADA: UIDAI director MVS Reddy said that the transparency in the attendance of corporation staff will be maintained with the new Aadhaar-based attendance system. Speaking at a meeting with officials at the municipal corporation here on Monday, he said that the government would implement this Aadhaar based attendance system first in the corporation, which will later be extended to all the government offices in the state. Later, he gave a powerpoint presentation on the new technology. VMC commissioner G Veerapandian was present.
