VIJAYAWADA: Every engineer should emulate Sir Arthur Cotton, who had rendered yeoman service to the irrigation sector, said Irrigation department chief engineer YS Sudhakar.
Participating in the celebrations of 212 birth anniversary of Sir Arthur Cotton at the Irrigation Department office here Friday, he said the people of Krishna and Godavari deltas will never forget his contribution and remember him as long as both Krishna and Godavari rivers flow.
