VISAKHAPATNAM: According to the Cyclone Warning Centre, Vizag, more rains are likely to occur along north coastal AP during the next 24 hours, due to the well-marked low pressure over West Central Bay of Bengal and North West Bay of South Odisha and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Meanwhile, due to the well-marked low pressure, heavy rainfall is expected in South Odisha.
Continuous rain in the catchment areas of Nagavali and Vamsadhara rivers Odisha is causing a flood threat to areas along the banks of the rivers in Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts.
