VUDA calls for applications to Dakamarri plots auction

VISAKHAPATNAM: The last date for submission of applications for the auction of plots at Dakamarri Fortune Hills by VUDA is  Aug 5. Auction will be held on Aug 8, 9 and 10 at Andhra University Convocation Hall in the city. Specific areas in the layout are allocated for community hall, schools, club houses and commercial complexes. The layout on national highway has well developed pucca 40-feet and 60-feet BT roads, electricity, drinking water and excellent drainage facility.

The site is close to prominent schools, engineering and medical colleges, upcoming film industry and Bheemili beach. It is near  the proposed Greenfield International Airport, future metro line up to the airport and near the metro station - Madhurawada. As the housing plots are safe as assured by the VUDA, investors need not worry about false registrations and can also opt for payment in bimonthly instalments (6 months).
