Telangana, Andhra to get incubation centres

HYDERABAD: Telangana and Andhra Pradesh may get two startup incubation centers each for their state capitals. This is to help promote startups and young entrepreneurs in their nascent stages in both the states.

The efforts to set up incubation centres with the help of National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog was announced by the Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) here on Friday.

''In Telangana, FTAPCCI intends to set up  manufacturing and engineering incubation centres in Hyderabad. The incubation centre here will aim to promote aerospace manufacturing in the state. It is important that this is happens as it is in line with what PM is talking about Make-in-India. We have a huge responsibility as a federation to work for growth, we have the best of domain experts in terms of industry knowledge,” he added.
