GUNTUR: In a tragic incident, two persons were electrocuted at Palvai village in Rentachintala mandal on Thursday.
According to information, deceased M Srinivasa Reddy (42) and his younger brother Venkata Reddy (40), were connecting electric wires to the motor pump in their field when the incident took place. Another farmer Kasi, who tried to rescue the duo, also suffered electric shock.
