VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said law and order and the welfare of the state go hand in hand. Whenever welfare goes missing, the law and order problems too crop up, he said.

Interacting with DGP JV Ramudu and other police officials at the concluding session of the two-day collector’s conference here on Tuesday, he said some forces are trying to create law and order problems in the state, which is on the path of development.
