VISAKHAPATNAM: IN order to data base the integrated information of the people, Smart Pulse Survey would be conducted in two phases in the district from July 6, said collector N Yuvaraj. Addressing a news conference on Friday, the collector said that the first phase survey would be from July 6 to 30 and the second phase from August 6 to 14.
During the survey, the enumerators would go from door to door and collect the data of the people and upload the same online, he added. To ease the process urban areas have been divided into 1,159 blocks and rural areas into 1,420 blocks, he added. During the survey 20 categories of information would be collected by the enumerators, Yuvaraj said. The people should keep ready Aadhaar card, ration card, voter ID card, property tax ID, electricity bill, driving licence, vehicle registration card, pattadar passbook or land katha number, LPG consumer book, bank passbook, disability SADARAM certificate (if applicable), water bill (if available), caste certificate for SC,ST and BC, income certificate, kisan card, pension certificate, NREGA job card, DWCRA SHG member card, birth certificate for children below 5 years.
