Marching ahead towards e-Office, the TTD will launch paperless filing system in another 11 departments by November 29, Tirupati JEO P Bhaskar said after a review meeting in this regard.

TIRUPATI: Marching ahead towards e-Office, the TTD will launch paperless filing system in another 11 departments by November 29, Tirupati JEO P Bhaskar said after a review meeting in this regard in his chambers at the TTD Administrative Building here on Friday.The entire TTD administration will come under the e-Office fold by March 31, 2018. “During the first phase, the e-Office is implemented in five departments, second phase in 12 and in the next phase in 17. The 11 departments include Vigilance, Parakamani, KKC, Reception 1, 2, 3, SE 3, 4 and Electrical and Audit sections.

In the final phase, education, law, all projects, Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad and press will come under the e-Office system,” he said. Before that, the IT wing should procure all the necessary equipment for the departments, the JEO instructed IT wing chief Sesha Reddy.  He also directed SE-1 Ramesh Reddy to give a new look to all the departments to suit the environment of e-Office.
