Siddaramaiah invited trouble by joining the Congress after quitting the JD(S), said BJP state president K S Eshwarappa.
On Siddaramaiah’s remarks about joining the BJP, Eshwarappa said the party would take a suitable decision on this. He made a big mistake by joining the Congress, he added.
He was speaking to media persons on the sidelines of a function here on Sunday. Eshwarappa said Siddaramaiah and Ibrahim are two sides of the same coin. “Both blamed the Congress and criticised its leaders when they were in JD(S). Moreover, Siddaramaiah had prepared a charge-sheet against S M Krishna,” he added.
Referring to Union Minister Vayalar Ravi’s statement on Siddaramaiah’s resignation, Eshwarappa said that Siddaramaiah was not considered by the Congress while finalising the list of members contesting MLC polls.
