SRINGERI: The construction of Sringa Sethu, a hanging bridge which connects Bharathi Street with Kalkatte built across river Tunga has been completed and is waiting to be inaugurated. When former CM Yeddyurappa visited three years back he had sanctioned Rs 5 crore from Tourism Department to take up different works. The fund was utilised by the Town Panchayat to construct Sringa Sethu at a cost of Rs 75 lakh.
