JD(S) floor leader H D Kumaraswamy on Wednesday rubbished Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s budget proposals of improving Bangalore infrastructure a bundle of lies.
Participating in a debate on the budget in the Assembly, he said many projects like those proposed for easing traffic by making arterial roads signal-free and laying of elevated roads have been mentioned in previous budgets by successive governments, but in vain. These proposals have been mentioned in the BBMP budgets too over the years, he added.
