Karnataka Pradesh Youth Congress Committee (KPYCC) President Rizwan Arshad, who filed his nomination paper in Bangalore Central Lok Sabha constituency on Thursday, is facing two cases under various sections of the Indian Penal Code in two courts, according to an affidavit submitted by him to the returning office. In the affidavit, Rizwan Arshad has also declared movable and immovable assets of himself, wife and one dependent to the tune of over Rs.3.14 crore.
