Governor Vajubhai is Patron of Scouts, Guides

BANGALORE: Governor Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala was installed as a patron of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, Karnataka, at a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan on Saturday evening. After taking oath as the patron, the Governor encouraged young scouts and guides to show more courage and lead a disciplined life.

The Governor asked the youth to get at least one of their friends enrolled in the movement this year to increase the strength of scouts and guides in the state.

Vala also asked the scouts and guides to be more active as they are the most important part of the society.

The Governor further asked them to focus on education, along with their duties as scouts and guides, to take the nation to the next level.
