'Only 4 Litres of Kerosene From January'

MANDYA: Food and Civil Supplies Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao said on Saturday that BPL card holders in rural areas who were getting five litres of kerosene, will get only four litres from this month.

Speaking to reporters at the Deputy Commissioner’s meeting hall on Saturday, Dinesh said the Central government has slashed the quota of kerosene to the state and the state government has to reduce the supply of kerosene to the BPL card holders by one litre.
