MYSURU: Three youths waylaid the car of a housewife while she was returning home near Kuppanna Park in Nazarbad police station limits on Thursday, got into it and asked her to drive towards Bengaluru-Mysuru Road.
According to a complaint filed by the victim at Nazarbad police station, the accused tried to rape her before they dumped her on the Bengaluru-Mysuru highway, near a hotel.
They escaped in a car which reached the spot after one of them made a phone call, she added.
