BENGALURU: A business delegation from the state is said to have attracted investments worth around `50,100 crore at the ongoing Vibrant Gujarat Summit in Gandhinagar.

A delegation of over 75 members, led by Commerce and Industry Department Additional Chief Secretary K Ratna Prabha and Commissioner for Industrial Development Gaurav Gupta, held meetings with potential investors.

They are said to have signed memorandums of understanding (MoU) with investors from various sectors.

Biggest Deals

The biggest expression of interest (EoI) came from Hydro Design Management Company Ltd, which is looking to set up a 1,000-MW pumped storage hydro project worth `10,000 crore.

The other big-ticket projects are from Rare Earth Holdings for a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminal at an estimated cost of `9,300 crore. Aco Investment Group has signed an EoI of `6,200 crore for a 1,000-MW solar power plant, a statement said.
