BELAGAVI: The Forest Department is in the line of fire again as three cubs, believed to be of a leopard, have gone missing at Kudremani in Khanapur taluk. A team of forest personnel who had been to Kudremani were unable to locate the cubs, which the villagers claim to be of a leopard. From the photo, forest staff say the cubs look like hyenas, but wildlife experts have confirmed them to be cubs of the cat family.
