Social media helps parents find missing daughter, Puujitha in Hubballi

BENGALURU: A 13-year-old Puujitha, who went missing from her school was found in Hubballi on Sunday.

Manohar Iyer, a family friend told Express that Puujitha was found Hubballi around 12.30pm and her parents spoke to her over a phone. She was upset over an issue and had left the city. She is safe and her parents are on the way to reach Hubballi to bring her back.

Puujitha, a 8th standard students of a private school had gone missing on August 24 and parents had filed a missing case with Sriramapura police. The family friends used social network and media to locate her.
