Bypoll win will set trend for 2018: B S Yeddyurappa

Former CM and state BJP president BSY feels that the win in Nanjangud and Gundlupet will set the trend for creating a new social engineering in the state.

MYSURU: Former chief minister and state BJP president B S Yeddyurappa who is campaigning hard for victory in bypolls ahead of the 2018 assembly elections, feels that the win in Nanjangud and Gundlupet will set the trend for creating a new social engineering in the state.

In an interaction with Express Yeddyurappa charged the Congress government with dividing society on caste lines and said the BJP believes in taking all communities together to make Karnataka a developed state.

He claimed dalit leader V Srinivasa Prasad and former chief minister S M Krishna joining the BJP would boost the morale of the party.
