Pejawar Mutt, Udupi

The audio clip also alleges that I have a daughter in Tamil Nadu, which is a baseless allegation. Further, a letter which is said to have been sent by the seer in December accused me of having a male child. These contradictory statements prove that they are imaginary ones. Nobody in this nation will believe these statements. I am ready to face any kind of investigation in this regard. These are false allegations, which cannot be proved. If proved, I will quit the peeta.”

On people raising objections to the statements made on Shiroor Seer after his death, he said, “I had to make it clear why we did not give the presiding deity ‘Vittala’ back to him and why we did not participate in his last rites. I already stated that he had violated the Sanyasa Dharma completely.”

Referring to Shiroor Seer’s allegation in the audio clip that it was Pejawar Seer who expelled Raghuvallabha Theertha of Palimar Mutt, Manojnya Theerta of Shiroor Mutt and Vidhyabhushana of Subrahmanya Mutt, Pejavar seer said, “I had no role in them giving up their peetas. In fact, I had done my best to stop them from going out. I had even tried to help them to retain their position. They left on their own.”
