KOCHI: The CBI on Tuesday submitted a statement before the Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court seeking its permission to turn seven accused in the Muthoot Paul M George murder case approvers. In a statement submitted to the court, the CBI sought the court’s permission to turn accused 6 to 12  approvers.  The accused are Thomas Kuriakose alias Binu, Sunil S alias Suni, Nibin Thomas, Aneesh Kumar, Binoy Markose alias Binoy, Jain J and Ramesh alias Sony.  The accused are natives of Pathanamthitta and Kottayam districts. The statements made by the accused will help the prosecution prove the murder charges, the statement said. Paul M George, 32, was murdered under mysterious circumstances near Alappuzha on August 21 last year.  The Kerala High Court had on Monday granted the CBI two months to complete the investigation.
