SBI opens new branch in Konni

The State Bank of India (SBI) opened its 387th branch in the state at Georgian Tower in Konni on Monday.

SBI deputy managing director and chief general manager of Kerala Circle V Murali inaugurated the branch at 11 am. Konni grama panchayat president Babu Veliyathu presided over the function. SBI deputy general manager Nadana Sabhapathy welcomed the gathering. 

Vicar of Konni St George Orthodox Maha Edavaka Fr Biju Mathew, SBI Officers’ Association Kerala Circle general secretary M Sreenath and SBI Staff Union state president Sreepathy offered felicitations.

Regional manager of the bank Manoj M Nair proposed a vote of thanks.
