he Kerala governmentplans to bring forward a new legislation to protect andconserve all rivers and make them free from pollution, WaterResources Minister P J Joseph said today.
The law would have a provision to set up a special riverprotection force, he said while replying to a callingattention motion of N Jayaraj of Kerala Congress(M) in theassembly on the need to take steps to conserve rivers.
