The Special Investigation Team, probing the Maniyan Pillai murder case, has released the video clips featuring suspect Aadu Antony on Friday.

The clippings, featuring Aadu Antony aka Varghese Antony and Susan, who is believed to have gone absconding along with him, were recorded by the CCTV cameras of a bank in Thiruvananthapuram city on April 18, when the duo opened an account with the bank.

The SIT officials said that the visuals would be telecast through the local television channels in South India and at major railway stations. The SIT expects that the clippings, which are the latest available visuals of seasoned burglar Aadu Antony, will help them to locate him.

The 20-minute-long video shows Antony and Susan making transactions in the bank. Susan is seen doing the paper works, while Antony signs on the forms.

Meanwhile, the Police has intensified its search in Andra Pradesh.

The police teams have been deployed at major cities and a few pilgrim centres in South India. Suburbs of Chennai city, where a hideout of Antony was identified, are still under the police surveillance.
