Mild tremors Hit Thrissur

An earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale shook most parts of Thrissur district on Thursday.

The quake was reported at 7.45 pm and the epicentre was located 3 km south-east of Thanikudam, in Thrissur taluk.

The tremors were also felt at Chelakkara, Wadakkancherry, Paravattani, Athani, Mannuthi, Vellanikara, Pattikadu, Kuttumukku, Peringavu, Ollur, Thrissur town, Thrikkur, Thonnurkara, Kodakara, Mattathur, Kallur, Kodungallur areas.
