Muslim League leader K M Shaji MLA has said that he was being unnecessarily dragged into the controversy relating to the death of the daughter of M Prakasan, the former CPM MLA from Azhikode.
Addressing a news conference here on Saturday, Shaji said that the allegation raised by CPM district secretary P Jayarajan in connection with the issue had no basis. “I had never tried to insult M Prakasan or any one else raising the issue as alleged by Jayarajan”.
