One more held in Hyderali murder case

The Perumbavoor police have arrested one more person involved in the murder of taxi driver Hyderali.

Hyderali was hacked to death and his body set on fire near here. Pandyan 41, a native of Nangur Palayam Road, Kambam, in Tamil Nadu, is the person who was apprehended. He is suspected to have changed the number plate and sticker of the vehicle that Hyderali was driving. The police had already arrested three other persons involved in the case. From the details obtained from the three arrested, the police had come to know about the fourth person involved in the crime. Pandyan was arrested from Angamaly by Kuruppampadi CI Crispin Sam.

The three arrested - first charged Mony,25, second charged Sebastian, 45, and third Chinnaraj, 20 - had been remanded by the court and are at present lodged at the district jail at Kakkanad.
