THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Congress president Sonia Gandhi will inaugurate the 16th annual conference of Kudumbashree here on Tuesday.
The conference to be held in Putharikandam ground at 11 am will be presided over by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy.
A debate on Transformative Gender politics will be organised at Nisagandhi Auditorium at 3 pm on Tuesday. Parallel sessions will be organised in five different centres simultaneously, according to an official communication.
On Wednesday, a get-together of officials and delegates from various states would be held at Nisagandhi Auditorium at 12 noon.
Minister M K Muneer would inaugurate the session at 5 pm which would be attended by Ministers P K Jayalakshmi and Anoop Jacob.
Governor Sheila Dikshit will inaugurate the valedictory function at 3 pm on Thursday.
Speaker G Karthikeyan, Minister M K Muneer and Kudumbashree executive director K B Valsalakumari would also speak.
