Premier’s New Range of Leather Footwear

KOZHIKODE: Premier Footwear, which has been in the footwear production sector for the past fifty-seven years, introduced its latest range of leather footwear in the city the other day.

With the launch of this new collection of genuine footwear, Premier has achieved a new high in the footwear industry.

These products are a result of years of research and are produced by injecting leather directly into the polyurethane sole using the direct injection method, which is a new technology used for making Premier's new genuine leather footwear.

HDFC Relationship Manager Vimal Subrahmaniam inaugurated the function and made the first sale of gents' footwear and Sreelatha Sukumar, chief manager, KFC, made the first sale of ladies' footwear during the function held in connection with the launching ceremony.

“The normal PU leather footwear available in the market are made of artificial leather and therefore it may cause skin infections and rashes. But the Premier genuine leather footwear are made of pure and original leather which is totally safe for our skin,” said Ranjith Kumar K, managing director, Premier Footwear.

“The inner and outer portions of these  footwear are smooth and soft since these are made of soft leather and hence it will be more suitable for diabetic patients also,” he added.

Madhava Das, director, Premier Footwear, James Emmanuel, administration manager, Premier Footwear, Venkiteswaran and Ramesh Kammath were also present.
