THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPI national executive member C Divakaran has said that he had always been a disciplined communist and he was accepting the state party unit’s decision to initiate action against him in connection with the ‘seat for cash’ controversy.
Speaking at a news conference here, Divakaran however said that the party national executive had restrained him from speaking to the media about the disciplinary action. “I am a communist having enough political maturity. I cannot speak out to the media about party matters. Moreover, the national executive has restrained me from speaking to the media about the disciplinary action initiated against me,’’ he said.
